About the role

We are looking for an engaged and results-driven salesperson to join our team at Gullfunn Thon Senter. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about sales, and loves creating great customer experiences. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the daily operations of an exciting and active retail store.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers and follow the entire sales process
• Adhere to routines and understand their importance for safety and efficiency
• Maintain order in the store and stockroom
• Stay updated on campaigns, products, and routines using our tools
• Contribute to a positive work environment by communicating respectfully with colleagues and customers
• Ensure high attention to detail, especially with high-value items
• Work consistently, whether the store is quiet or busy

Requirements

• Over 18 years of age
• Punctual and reliable, following through on commitments
• Takes responsibility for your own effort and contributions
• Enjoys providing excellent service every time
• Understands that safety and routines are non-negotiable
• Works with integrity, even when no one is watching
