About the role

We are looking for a law student with a particular interest in real estate and lease law, who is motivated to translate theory into practice in an ambitious and welcoming environment where high professionalism and collaboration go hand in hand. This is an opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers and partners, and become an active part of the office's professional and social life. Many of our student assistants continue their careers with us as assistant attorneys, so for the right candidate, this student job can be the first step on an exciting career path.

Responsibilities

• Assisting lawyers and participating in court cases and main hearings
• Meetings in the bailiff's court, including in debt collection and eviction cases
• Legal research and preparation of memos
• Ad-hoc tasks that provide insight into case processing from A to Z

Qualifications

• You have completed the first two years of your law studies
• You are passionate about developing your skills in real estate law
• You thrive with responsibility and are thorough in your legal approach
• You have a desire to immerse yourself in an area where theory meets reality

Pay and schedule

• Working hours are 15-20 hours per week, scheduled in relation to other students and taking into account your teaching and exam periods
