Blending & Refinement Technician

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform production operations including reviewing and verifying components/ingredients, pre-weighing and measuring materials, blending components, filtering, separating, and clarifying products to meet quality and production specifications.
  • Ensure all components, ingredients, and finished products meet established quality standards and work order requirements.
  • Complete assigned work orders accurately and within established production schedules, prioritizing tasks as directed by supervisors.
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, quality procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Maintain accurate production records and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Protect confidential and proprietary company information.
  • Organize and prepare equipment and workstations for efficient production operations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area to support efficient material flow and workplace safety.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Comply with all applicable FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, company quality standards, and workplace safety procedures.

Job Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment or alone when needed.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and hardworking with good communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new production procedures and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality, including returning from breaks on time.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work around strong-smelling oils, ingredients, and production materials.
  • Good vision, with or without corrective lenses, to safely perform job duties and read production documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
