Summary
Drive operational excellence and team performance across our blending operations as you lead crews responsible for receiving, drying, storing, blending, and distributing key feed ingredient commodities. You will guide daily production activities, ensure equipment reliability through strong maintenance oversight, and champion a culture of safety and quality. You will work closely with your team to streamline workflows, maintain a clean and efficient facility, and support continuous improvement across operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on, people-focused leader who excels at developing talent, coordinating complex production activities, and delivering consistent results in a fast-paced environment.
Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead crews and teams within the Blending facility, including hiring, training, and developing staff.
- Lead teams on routine and preventative maintenance of assigned equipment.
- Cook up and direct the activities of crews and teams that blend products.
- Cook up and direct the activities of crews and teams that perform housekeeping activities.
- Ensure safe working conditions for all associates.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Lead crews and teams within the Blending facility, including hiring, training, and developing staff.

Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Agriculture, Logistics, or Business.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
- Able to move freely throughout Agribusiness facilities, including climbing vertical heights (0–150').
- Able to carry tools and equipment (0–50 pounds).
- Exposure to extreme temperatures (0–100°F), humidity (0–100%), noise (50db–100db), and chemicals (MSDS sheets available).
- Able to wear protective equipment.
- Required to travel to remote Agribusiness facilities and customer locations.
