Blender Operator

Responsibilities

• Maintain raw material for each line through proper material blending processes.
• Moves and packages blended loads throughout the facility.
• Receives direction throughout their work shift from the Blending Lead Operator.
• Works 40+ hours per week and weekends as required.
• Reports directly to the plant Production Manager.
• Assists with Preventive Maintenance program as required.
• Daily forklift driving and use; practice proper forklift operation and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain facility housekeeping.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move heavy items, requiring the ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds to a height of 6 feet.
• Work specified shifts and move around at all times, requiring the ability to stand and be mobile for a minimum of 8 continuous hours.
• Handle materials daily, requiring the ability to use hands, arms and legs to physically handle and transport material and finished goods.
• Full range of body motion on a daily basis including twisting, bending, reaching, squatting and ability to mount/dismount industrial equipment and vehicles.
