Blend Technician

New hires will train on 1st shift for approximately 45 days prior to going to 2nd or 3rd shift

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Able to safely operate a forklift
• Must be able to wear a full-face respirator mask
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Able to bend, stoop, push/pull, and climb stairs
• Completion of Predictive Index assessment

• Filtering and ensuring the quality of finished goods
• Packaging finished polymer with detailed attention to safety and standards
• Safely lifting materials up to 50 pounds
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
