Blasting Operations Technician

Role: Orthopedic Product Inspector & Surface Preparation Technician Responsibilities Inspect incoming orthopedic products to ensure quality standards are met.Mask designated areas with tape prior to surface blasting.Perform surface blasting to prepare products for coating.Remove and reapply tape as needed throughout the coating process.Conduct final inspections to verify coating quality and adherence.Follow detailed work instructions, quality procedures, and safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.Ability to follow work instructions and quality procedures accurately.Experience with surface preparation and inspection processes preferred.Good manual dexterity and attention to cleanliness.
