About the role
Responsible, within an Operating Unit, for the execution of the work or job(s) entrusted. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications while maintaining the company’s standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Ensures health, safety, and environmental rules are respected and applied; reports any malfunctions to management.
- Demonstrates exemplary behavior in safety, environmental stewardship, and customer interactions.
- Prepares jobs by planning resources, layouts, signage, and tracing.
- Monitors construction processes to ensure timely and specification-compliant completion.
- Participates in budget preparation and monitoring, including income and expenditure assessment.
- Manages job progress, including contingencies, corrective measures, scheduling, orders, deliveries, and stock management.
- Represents the company with stakeholders, ensuring a positive image and addressing customer requests.
- Leads the team per project manager instructions, allocates tasks, integrates and trains new recruits, and assesses employees.
- Guarantees job quality for acceptance and conducts final inspections of construction projects.
Requirements
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
