Blast Crew

About the Role

Our Blast Crews perform a wide variety of tasks at our location and customer sites in support of our blasting services. The work is performed outside in all weather conditions and includes regularly moving items or objects weighing 50+ pounds, using shovels, pulling hoses, laying out products, and carrying a wide variety of materials and tools.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and compliance in all daily responsibilities.
• Work closely with other location and crew members to provide exceptional customer service.
• Load and unload vehicles, ensuring products are handled, transported, and stored according to policy and regulations.
• Work outdoors in all types of weather, lifting and carrying 50 pounds or more of product and material on a regular basis.
• Pull hoses, shovel, and frequently walk, bend, squat, stoop, and twist to perform labor duties at the location and customer job sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Available to work overtime to meet customer objectives.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and handle physically demanding work outdoors on a daily basis.
• Must be able to work under various weather conditions on rough terrain.
• Must be self-motivated, dependable, and possess a strong work ethic.
• Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. (no Visa sponsorship available).
• Must pass a background check and have a clean Motor Vehicle Report.
