Application Process

Blackstone uses an AI resume screening tool to assist in the initial review of applications. The tool evaluates candidates based on skills, experience, and qualifications, and its scores are one factor in determining who advances to the next stage. Some fields in the application form are mandatory (marked with a red asterisk), though certain questions can be answered "prefer not to say." Failure to provide required information may impact the follow-up of your application.
