Accurately take guest bets, payout bets, make change for guests, maintain a game pace, and deal cards. Demonstrate proficient knowledge of gaming policies and procedures.Consistently reflect a friendly, positive, and constructive approach to the game, the department, and the company.Maintain enthusiasm regardless of pit or game assignment. Work Experience To be successful as a Blackjack Dealer in Training, you'll need: A High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. A mathematical ability; counts cards, pays out bets, and makes change.The ability to speak, read, and understand the English language; must continuously communicate with a degree of professionalism and accuracy. Excellent guest service skills.To meet our age requirement of 18 years of age. To stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 31 - 40 pounds.
