Key Responsibilities

• Operate a cash register and process customer transactions accurately.
• Seek out and develop new sales opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with current customers.
• Showcase products to customers and explain features in a clear, engaging way.
• Work toward and consistently meet sales goals.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
• Handle the sales process from initial contact through closing.
• Work with marketing and product teams on promotions and new launches.
• Step in to support other departments or responsibilities as business needs shift.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability, working Friday through Tuesday.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Self-driven with a focus on meeting goals.
• Comfortable negotiating and closing sales.
• Adaptable and willing to take on different tasks or roles when needed.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
