About the role
The BJ's In-Store Lead Generator is responsible for representing Rock Solid Construction of the Carolinas within an assigned BJ’s Wholesale Club location. This position involves initiating conversations with BJ’s members, determining if they have a potential home-improvement need, educating them about the program, gathering accurate customer information, and scheduling qualified appointments for the Rock Solid sales team.
Responsibilities
- Professionally represent Rock Solid Construction inside BJ’s Wholesale Club.
- Greet and engage BJ’s members in a friendly, respectful manner.
- Ask homeowners questions about their current or future home-improvement needs.
- Educate members about the products and services available through Rock Solid Construction.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home appointments.
- Accurately enter customer information into the company’s lead-management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional display area.
- Follow all BJ’s Wholesale Club and Rock Solid Construction policies.
- Communicate daily results, customer feedback, and store activity to management.
- Build positive working relationships with BJ’s managers and team members.

- At least 18 years of age.

- Ability to confidently approach and speak with the public.
- Dependable transportation to the assigned BJ’s location.
- Ability to use a tablet, smartphone, or lead-entry system.
- Ability to accurately record customer information.
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
- Availability during evenings, weekends, and peak retail traffic periods as required.
