BizOps Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm of the company.
• Drive the goal-setting process (OKRs/KPIs).
• Lead the agenda for executive meetings and offsites.
• Ensure team alignment across all business functions.
• Design and implement the scalable processes that underpin a high-growth company.
• From CRM/GTM workflows and internal knowledge management to project management standards, build the "operating system" for Aegis AI.
• Break down silos between Product, Engineering, and GTM.
• Identify friction points in our development or sales cycles and resolve them before they slow us down.
• Take ownership of complex, "white space" problems that don't fit neatly into any one department.
• This could range from operationalizing our international expansion to leading the implementation of new internal AI tooling.
• Draft board decks, company-wide memos, and operational updates.
• You will be responsible for synthesizing complex internal data into clear, compelling narratives that drive focus and accountability.

Requirements

• 4-7+ Years of Experience: Likely from a high-growth startup (BizOps/Ops), top-tier consulting firm, or corporate strategy team.
• You have a proven track record of scaling teams or processes.
• Analytical & Systems-Oriented: You have a "systems-thinking" mindset.
• You love data, you understand how to design efficient workflows, and you are comfortable with the tools that power modern SaaS businesses (CRM, project management, analytics stacks).
• The "General Manager" Mindset: You act like a true owner.
• You are relentlessly focused on operational efficiency and ROI.

Qualifications

• High Agency & Low Ego: You are a "fixer."
• You don't need a playbook—you write it.
• You are equally comfortable whiteboarding a complex operational workflow with leadership or executing the nitty-gritty administrative tasks required to keep a startup moving.
