About the role
Must be available to start work at 5:30AM daily. Saturday and Sunday availability required.
What You'll Do
- Accurately and efficiently take, enter, prepare, and deliver guest orders according to brand standards.
- Answer guest questions about menu items, specials, pricing, and ingredients, including dietary or allergy concerns.
- Prepare coffee and specialty beverages according to established recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area by clearing tables, restocking dishes, and disposing of trash.
- Assist with set-up, maintenance, and breakdown of banquet or event spaces as needed.
- Support the team and perform additional duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass the required position certification quiz/test.
- Ability to lift or move up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time.
