Cottonwood Heights, UT $14.00 - $14.00 per hour Job Title: Bistro Attendant / Server Reports To: Restaurant Manager & Supervisor Position Summary As a Bistro Attendant, you are the face of our guest experience—delivering warm, personalized, and efficient service that keeps guests coming back. You’ll craft high-quality drinks and meals, engage with guests, and create a welcoming, upbeat environment. Your goal is to ensure every guest feels valued and leaves with a memorable impression. Key Responsibilities Greet every guest with genuine enthusiasm and hospitalityEngage in meaningful conversations to identify guest preferences and make thoughtful recommendationsAccurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS systemPrepare coffee beverages, specialty drinks, and food items using equipment such as espresso machines and TurboChef ovensComplete all opening, running, and closing side duties according to shift assignmentsKeep the work area clean, organized, and fully stockedEnsure guest satisfaction by checking in throughout the dining experience and responding to needs promptlyProcess payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and present checks in a timely mannerCollaborate and communicate effectively with teammates; support others as neededAssist in food running and maintain the ability to carry multiple platesSay thank you—use guest names whenever possible and invite them to returnContribute to a fun, energetic work environment while maintaining professionalismBe flexible and available to support other team members or departments as needed Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old (required if serving alcohol)Availability to work weekends, holidays, and special events (unless approved by management)Strong communication, time management, and guest service skillsKnowledge of alcoholic beverages and standard drink recipesFamiliarity with POS systems and basic math for handling transactionsHigh personal integrity and accountabilityAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of alcohol service laws and safety complianceWillingness to learn, adapt, and have fun while workingLet me know if you'd like a version customized for a Marriott or Hilton property, or if you want a more formal or more casual tone.
