About the role
You will lead the sales strategy for Audacy's six platforms, driving revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for all Audacy platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and influencers
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals
- Drive cross-platform initiatives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of successful sales leadership in the audio and/or digital media industries
- Experience in managing and growing revenue streams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Qualifications
- Passion for music, digital media, and podcasting
- Experience in audio and digital media industries
- Knowledge of current trends in consumer behavior and market analysis
