About the role

This role is for weekends ONLY. Must be available to work on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

Responsibilities

• Lead amazing Birthday Parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
• Plan and execute the Birthday Party agenda.
• Communicate with Birthday families ahead of time to ensure details are captured.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children and families at each party.

• You are naturally upbeat and were voted "most likely to be in a good mood" by your high school classmates.

• You are a strong communicator and can guide guests through a timed event.

Pay

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour.

About Us

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Our programs use movement-based learning and imaginative play to build confidence and skills at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, sports prep, camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As part of The Little Gym team, you’ll join a global family dedicated to the growth and development of children in your community.

All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchise, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that franchise.
