About the role

This role is for weekends ONLY. Must be available to work on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

Responsibilities

• Lead amazing Birthday Parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
• Plan and execute the Birthday Party agenda.
• Communicate with Birthday families ahead of time to ensure details are captured.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children and families at each party.

• You love to have fun but know when to buckle down and do work.

Pay

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour.

About Us

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, and Awesome Birthday Bash parties.
