About the role

The Host position plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience at The Bradley, a property reflecting the genuine spirit of community, industry, and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area
• Monitor the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables
• Estimate wait times for guests and monitor the guest waiting list
• Ensure the needs of guests are met while they are waiting
• Answer the telephone, book reservations, and move tables together to accommodate large parties

• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role preferred
