Biotech Paralegal/Contracts Manager (Remote Engagement)

Latitude is seeking an experienced paralegal/contracts manager to assist an early-stage biotechnology company focused on cancer treatments. This is a fully remote, part-time engagement.

About the role

Interested candidates should have at least 5+ years of experience working in an in-house legal department organizing documents and information, reviewing/redlining agreements, and implementing internal systems. Prior experience in the life sciences field is preferred.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an in-house legal department; prior experience in the life sciences field is preferred
• Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Outstanding references

Pay

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference.
