Biostatistics Sr Mgr

Responsibilities

• Lead sophisticated biostatistical studies in cardiometabolic, inflammation, nephrology, and neuroscience
• Provide statistical guidance to clinical development and medical affairs teams
• Manage statistical standards and ensure quality in study designs and analyses
• Contribute to protocols, FAS Memos, and Clinical Study Reports (CSRs)
• Input into clinical publications and regulatory filings
• Oversee work done by study statisticians and anticipate resource challenges
• Communicate and address potential quality issues affecting timelines

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of experience in Biostatistics or a Master’s with 6 years, or Bachelor’s with 8 years of experience
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech statistical roles preferred
• Prior experience in oncology drug development is a plus
• Strong leadership skills demonstrated through motivating multi-functional teams
• Proficient understanding of theories and practical applications in statistics and regulatory guidelines
• Great communication and organizational abilities in a cross-cultural environment
