Bioprocessing Associate II, Drug Product

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production and adherence to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations including quality control, production scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs in manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize production workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
