Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment within an assigned functional area adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Revise and create process documents and assist with process-related investigations.
- Train for proficiency in process automation, supporting business systems, and operating primary production equipment.
- Lead in maintaining material and components inventory levels.
- Support a safe work environment and contribute to area-specific safety initiatives.
- Weigh and check raw materials.
- Assemble, clean, and autoclave process components.
- Work on routine manufacturing assignments per written procedures that are moderately complex with minimal instructions.
- Assist in revising and creating process documents (e.g., SOPs and Batch Records).
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma required; knowledge of science generally attained through completion of a certificate program or Associate’s Degree in Biotechnology or a related field desired.
- Prior experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations and/or prior work experience in a clean room or highly regulated environment desired.
- Prior experience successfully participating on work teams where personal accountability, attention to detail, collaboration, and results were expected.
- Demonstrated proficiency in common computer tools and web-based applications.
Pay
Devens, MA – $25.34 - $30.70 per hour for a full-time employee (FTE). Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate accounts for required skills, job location, work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience.

Schedule
This role follows an on-site protocol based on the nature of the position:
- Site-essential roles: Require 100% of shifts onsite at the assigned facility.
- Site-by-design roles: May be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at the assigned facility. Onsite presence is considered essential for collaboration, innovation, productivity, and culture.
- Field-based and remote-by-design roles: Require physical travel to visit customers, patients, or business partners and attend meetings as directed.
