About the role
The Biometrics Intel Analyst Lead position requires a strong background in intelligence analysis, biometrics, and cybersecurity. This role involves leading a team of analysts in the development and implementation of advanced biometric identification systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of analysts in the development and implementation of advanced biometric identification systems.
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging biometric technologies and their implications for national security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate biometric data into existing security protocols.
- Develop and maintain training materials for new employees and contractors.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other departments within the organization.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in intelligence analysis, biometrics, and cybersecurity.
- Experience leading teams and managing complex projects.
- Knowledge of biometric technologies and their applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Clearance at TS level with CI polygraph.
- Experience working in a high-stakes environment with strict confidentiality requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
