About the role

The Biometrics Intel Analyst Lead position requires a strong background in intelligence analysis, biometrics, and cybersecurity. This role involves leading a team of analysts in the development and implementation of advanced biometric identification systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts in the development and implementation of advanced biometric identification systems.
• Conduct research and analysis on emerging biometric technologies and their implications for national security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate biometric data into existing security protocols.
• Develop and maintain training materials for new employees and contractors.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other departments within the organization.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in intelligence analysis, biometrics, and cybersecurity.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex projects.
• Knowledge of biometric technologies and their applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Clearance at TS level with CI polygraph.
• Experience working in a high-stakes environment with strict confidentiality requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
