We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Who We Are" and "What is in It for You?" etc. Use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections with real specific content.
We have content: Who We Are (company description) could be About the role? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for role description. But we have "Who We Are" describing company. Could map to "About the role"? Might be better to use "About the role" for role description (What You Will Do). However we have "What You Will Do In This Role". That is responsibilities. So we can have sections: About the role (maybe company overview), Responsibilities (What You Will Do), Requirements (What You Will Need), Benefits (What is in It for You + benefits list), maybe Skills (some skills listed), Pay (not given), Schedule (flexible hours etc). We have schedule info: willingness to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, emergency off-hours, 24/7 schedule. That's schedule specifics. So we can include Schedule section.
Pay: not given specific salary, only mention "Up to a 3% match on your 401K" and "Daily Pay". No explicit pay amount. So we should NOT create Pay section because no specific pay. Benefits: we have comprehensive benefits package, tuition reimbursement, 401K match, Daily Pay, health insurance options etc. So Benefits section.
Skills: we have proficiency in computer systems, Microsoft Office, ability to provide technical training, ability to supervise, etc. Could be Skills.
Requirements: associate degree, alternative qualifications, driver's license, safe driving record, etc.
Qualifications: maybe overlapping with requirements; but we can combine. The instruction: use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include those with real content. We'll decide which to include.
We have "Who We Are" (company overview) could be About the role? Might be better as About the role (company). But we also have role description in "What You Will Do". That is Responsibilities.
We have "What You Will Need For This Role" which includes requirements and qualifications. Could split into Requirements (education, license) and Qualifications (expertise, proficiency). But we can just put all under Requirements.
We have skills: ability to provide technical training, supervise, etc. Could be Skills.
We have benefits: comprehensive benefits package, tuition reimbursement, 401K match, Daily Pay, health insurance etc.
We have schedule: flexible hours etc.
We have no explicit pay.
Thus output sections: About the role (company overview), Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit details. Must include all specifics: e.g., "conducts cost-effective maintenance on company and customer-owned medical equipment primarily located at customer sites, to ensure they are functioning properly and meet customers’ needs. They perform operational verification, preventive maintenance, and corrective repair service." That's part of responsibilities? Actually that's in first paragraph after Who We Are. We'll include in Responsibilities.
Also "Conducts cost-effective equipment inspection, maintenance, calibration, and repair service on various medical devices." etc.
We need to capture all bullet-like sentences.
We'll structure using
- for lists.
We need to avoid boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, vaccination policy, etc. Remove those.
We must not include application instructions (contact recruiting email). Remove.
We must not include location metadata? The location info: Primary Job Location: Norman Regional Health System Additional Locations (if applicable): Job Title Biomedical Technician III Company Agiliti Location City: Norman Location State: Oklahoma. This is minor metadata; we can fold into a short
or drop. Probably include a short paragraph with location. We must not repeat job title as heading. Thus final HTML:

Check we didn't include Pay section. Good. We must not include any markdown fences. Just raw HTML. Check we didn't repeat job title as heading. Good. We preserved all substantive info: we included Who We Are description, responsibilities, requirements, skills, benefits, schedule, location. We omitted EEO, vaccination policy, application instructions, etc. Check we didn't omit any detail: The "Who We Are" paragraph includes all sentences. We included them. Responsibilities: we included all bullet points from "What You Will Do In This Role" and also the earlier description about cost-effective maintenance etc. Did we include "Conducts cost-effective equipment inspection, maintenance, calibration, and repair service on various medical devices." yes. "Completes all paperwork and computer data entry accurately and promptly to ensure complete documentation for billing and regulatory compliance." yes. "Communicates with clinical staff on the topics of equipment features, functionality, etc." yes. We also included the earlier "conducts cost-effective maintenance on company and customer-owned medical equipment primarily located at customer sites, to ensure they are functioning properly and meet customers’ needs. They perform operational verification, preventive maintenance, and corrective repair service." That's covered. Requirements: we included all bullet points from "What You Will Need For This Role". Let's verify each: - An associate degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or biomedical equipment technology. (yes) - Alternative qualifications include Equivalent military training or Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET). (yes) - Subject matter expertise in specialized equipment areas, e.g., anesthesia, imaging, network-smart technology, respiratory, sterilizers and exceptional comprehension of service programs and contractual obligations. (yes) - Proficiency in completing preventive maintenance and repairs on a wide range of general equipment. (yes) - Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver’s license. (yes) - Must have a safe driving record based on Agiliti policies. (yes) - Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office programs. (yes) - The ability to provide technical training and coaching to other employees in areas such as equipment operation, check-out procedures, preventive maintenance, repair, quality management and/or International Organization for Standardization practices, procedures, and documentation. (yes) - The ability to supervise other biomedical personnel and other employees. (yes) - A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as needed to support a 24/7 schedule. (we placed this under Schedule, not Requirements; but it's also a requirement. However we moved to Schedule to avoid duplication. The instruction: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. It's okay to move schedule to its own section. But we need to ensure we didn't lose that requirement. We have it under Schedule. That's fine.) - A willingness to travel periodically to support business needs. (under Schedule) - The ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 75 pounds. (yes) - The ability to often bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time. (yes) We also included some skills duplicates but okay. Benefits: we included all from "What is in It for You?" and the later benefits list. Let's verify: - The opportunity to make a real impact on patients’ lives. (we omitted? Actually we didn't include that as a benefit; we have "Comprehensive Benefits Package." but we omitted the impact statement. That is substantive; should we include? It's a benefit-like statement. Could be included under Benefits as a bullet. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include that. We missed it. Let's add a bullet: "The opportunity to make a real impact on patients’ lives." - Comprehensive Benefits Package. (we have) - Tuition Reimbursement. (we have) - Up to a 3% match on your 401K. (we have) - Make any day a pay day with Daily Pay. (we have) Later benefits list: health insurance options for Medical, Dental & Vision plans, Short- and Long-Term Disability plans, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Life Insurance Options
