Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of highly complex equipment to drive uptime, safety, and performance
• Solve advanced technical issues such as system diagnostics and networked devices
• Act as a trusted advisor to clinicians and leadership on equipment use and strategy
• Lead projects and mentor technicians, enhancing the capability of the entire team

Requirements

• 5+ years of biomedical equipment experience in a clinical engineering setting
• Strong expertise in complex systems, diagnostics, networking, and hardware repair
• Associate degree in electronics/technical field or equivalent experience
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics/technical field preferred; CBET certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in a clinical engineering setting
• Technical skills in complex systems, diagnostics, networking, and hardware repair
• Education in electronics/technical field or equivalent experience
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in electronics/technical field and CBET certification
