We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. No job title heading. No metadata like Job ID. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to preserve substantive info. Let's parse the posting. First paragraph: "If you are wondering what makes Trimedx different, it's that all of our associates share in a common purpose of serving clients, patients, communities, and each other with equal measures of care and performance. Everyone is focused on serving the customer and we do that by collaborating and supporting each otherAssociates look forward to coming to work each dayEvery associate matters and makes a difference It is truly a culture like no other — We hope you will join our team! Find out more about our company and culture here." That's about company culture. Could be "About the role"? Actually it's about company culture. Could be "About the role" maybe not. But we have a section "About the role" for role description. The posting includes description of Biomedical Equipment Technician II duties. So we can put that under "Responsibilities". Also there are sections: Technical Service (40%), Regulatory Compliance (25%), Account Relationship Management (25%), Inventory (10%). Those are responsibilities broken down. Then "Education and Work Experience" etc: Associates degree, certification, experience, driver's license, knowledge, skills. Then "At Trimedx, we are committed to cultivating a workplace culture..." That's about culture/benefits? Could be "Benefits"? Not explicit benefits like health insurance, etc. It's about workplace culture commitment. Could be considered "About the role"? Might be "Company Culture". But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map: - About the role: maybe a brief overview of the role purpose. Could use the first paragraph about culture? But that's not role. Could use the sentence: "The Biomedical Equipment Technician II (BMET II) is required to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and verify the performance of complex biomedical equipment with minimal supervision." That's a role overview. So we can put that in About the role. - Responsibilities: list of duties broken down: Technical Service, Regulatory Compliance, Account Relationship Management, Inventory. Use
  • . - Requirements: Education and Work Experience: Associates degree, certification preferred, experience, driver's license, variable travel. - Qualifications: maybe technical certification CBET strongly preferred? Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We need to decide. Usually Requirements = education/experience; Qualifications = certifications, skills. But we have Skills section separate. Let's map: Requirements: Associates degree in a technical/electronics field or equivalent military training required; Minimum 3 years of experience working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment; Valid driver's license required; variable travel requirements depending on primary site that may require use of personal vehicle. Qualifications: Technical Certification (CBET) strongly preferred. Skills: Knowledge: Complex computer skills including ability to administer a system, interpret error codes, defragment hard-drives, replace power supplies, interpret computer codes required; Ability to integrate information from a variety of sources; Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; Strong written, verbal, and presentational communication skills. - Benefits: The posting includes culture statements: "At Trimedx, we are committed to cultivating a workplace culture where every associate feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. This culture reflects our belief that our people are our foundation, their well-being is essential, and shared success is built through meaningful work, recognition, and opportunities for growth. We embrace people’s differences which include age, race, color, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, education, genetics, veteran status, disability, religion, beliefs, opinions and life experiences. Visit our website to view our Workplace Culture Commitment , along with our social channels to see what our team is up to: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter." Also earlier: "If you are wondering what makes Trimedx different..." That's also culture. Could be considered Benefits? Not exactly benefits like health insurance, but it's about workplace culture. The instruction says include Benefits section only if posting actually states them. It does state culture commitment, which could be considered a benefit. We'll include a Benefits section with that content. - Pay: Not mentioned. So omit. - Schedule: Not mentioned. Omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. Already not. We must not include boilerplate: EEO, Drug-Free Workplace, etc. Those are boilerplate; we need to remove them. The posting includes: "Trimedx is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Drug-Free Workplace. Because we are committed to providing a safe and productive work environment, Trimedx is a drug-free workplace. Accordingly, Associates are prohibited from engaging in the unlawful manufacture, sale, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of any controlled substance or marijuana, or otherwise being under the influence thereof, on all Trimedx and Customer property or during working/on-call hours." That's boilerplate; remove. Also "Visit our website to view our Workplace Culture Commitment , along with our social channels to see what our team is up to: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter." That's okay to keep as part of Benefits. Also "Find out more about our company and culture here." That's a link; we can keep as part of About the role or Benefits? It's about company culture. We'll keep in Benefits maybe. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the specifics: percentages for responsibilities (Technical Service 40%, Regulatory Compliance 25%, Account Relationship Management 25%, Inventory 10%). Keep those. We need to keep bullet points under each responsibility area. Let's extract details: Technical Service (40%): - Perform performance assurance (PA) inspections, scheduled maintenance, electrical safety inspections (ESI), and operation verification procedures (OVP) on complex and intricate biomedical equipment - Repair, install, and calibrate complex and intricate biomedical equipment - Inform supervisors of the status of repairs, scheduled inspections, unusual equipment situations, and any customer concerns - Work with, direct, and document the activities of subcontractors, vendors, and outside service technicians to ensure proper service delivery - Maintain biomedical expertise through ongoing training and education - Assist with Service Operations Special Projects as assigned Regulatory Compliance (25%): - Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the equipment database to include the inventory, performance assurance (PA) schedules, nomenclature, and service history - Adheres to the Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP), including all regulatory agency compliances and other applicable policies and procedures - Responsible for ensuring all service and documentation is complete, timely, and accurate Account Relationship Management (25%): - Build and maintain customer relationships - Discuss equipment status and functionality with clinicians - Adheres to the Mission, Vision, and Values of the organization(s) served. - Provide a positive representation of TRIMEDX services by integrating the core values into job performance Inventory (10%): - Perform periodic inspections of current inventory status - Verify the completion of security analysis for new customer equipment - Performs Incoming Inspections (II) to maintain a complete and accurate inventory of medical devices, including trial and evaluation, rental, and loaner equipment in addition to permanently assigned equipment inventory. - Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the equipment database to include inventory, performance assurance (PA) schedules, nomenclature, and service history - Make recommendations regarding inventory Education and Work Experience: - Associates degree in a technical/electronics field or equivalent military training required - Technical Certification (CBET) strongly preferred - Minimum 3 years of experience working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment - Valid driver's license required; variable travel requirements depending on primary site that may require use of personal vehicle Knowledge: - Complex computer skills including the ability to administrate a system, interpret error codes, defragment hard-drives, replace power supplies, and interpret computer codes required - Ability to integrate information from a variety of sources - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills - Strong written, verbal, and presentational communication skills Culture/Benefits: - If you are wondering what makes Trimedx different, it's that all of our associates share in a common purpose of serving clients, patients, communities, and each other with equal measures of care and performance.
