Qualified candidates should have prior customer service, healthcare, and direct patient care experience.
Success Profile
Nurses at Fresenius Medical Care provide dialysis care to 10-12 patients at a time, creating unique care plans for each patient. Equipment Maintenance Technicians ensure the proper functioning of medical and water treatment equipment within kidney care clinics. They maintain physical plant, manage inventory, and conduct trend analysis on water systems. These roles require manual dexterity, good communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move large equipment.
