Key Responsibilities
- Support sensor manufacturing, bacterial counting, and downstream microbiology workflows
- Operate proprietary laboratory equipment to conduct experiments supporting customer application development and technical evaluations
- Prepare, execute, and document experiments in a biological and chemical laboratory environment
- Maintain accurate experimental records and support technical documentation in accordance with internal standards
- Perform routine laboratory upkeep, including equipment maintenance, inventory management, organization, and general lab operations
- Collaborate with technical teams to support project objectives and customer timelines
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline
- 3+ years of laboratory experience in a biological, chemical, or related laboratory environment (industry or academic experience considered)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accurate documentation and data integrity

Pay
- The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $87,188 to $119,906.
