Sodexo’s growing Healthcare Technology Management Division is seeking solution-oriented candidates who excel at customer service with proven success as an experienced Biomedical Equipment Technician to support healthcare technology service for Nebraska On Call Rotation.

Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and maintain medical equipment to ensure reliable patient care across clinical settings.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain compliance.
- Uphold regulatory standards and promote a safety-first environment, supporting audits and remediation efforts.
- Maintain accurate service records, analyze data trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to resolve technical issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance technical skills and overall service quality.
Requirements
- Technical skills and hands-on experience with medical equipment repair, calibration, and preventative maintenance.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and coordinate service operations efficiently.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate effectively and build trust with clinical staff and team members.
- Problem-solving resourcefulness and the ability to develop practical solutions in fast-paced, real-time environments.

Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
Pay
$27.05 per hour - $35.01 per hour
