Biomedical Engineering Technician II (BMET II)
About the role
with... (the paragraph). Then next: "The Biomedical Engineering Technician II (BMET II) maintains medical equipment readiness..." That's description of role; could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. We'll treat as Responsibilities. Then list of duties: many bullet-like sentences. We'll put them in
- .
Then "Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required" block: that's Requirements/Qualifications. We'll separate: Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (knowledge/abilities). The posting also has "Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred" block: that's Preferred qualifications.
Then "Licenses and Certifications Required": that's also Requirements.
Then "Minimum rate of $35.17 Hourly" and pay transparency text: that's Pay section.
Then benefits: "In addition to our compensation... HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits." That's Benefits.
Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned. There's mention of travel, on-call, etc. No explicit schedule like full-time, part-time, shift. So we should not create Schedule section.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must preserve all substantive info; not invent.
We need to ensure we don't duplicate lines.
Let's extract content.
About the role paragraph: "Our team members are the heart of what makes us better. We'll put that.

BMET technicians support compliance with the Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP) to improve patient safety. This position will require you to travel between HMH's sites as needed."
Then list of duties: "A day in the life of a Biomedical Engineering Technician II (BMET II) with Hackensack Meridian Health includes" then list items.

We'll put that under
Requirements
with... maybe split into
for education/experience and
- for abilities? But we can keep as paragraph.
Then Preferred: "Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred AS Degree, or higher, with 2 years full time experience working in Biomedical Engineering. Possess various current OEM certifications for the support and maintenance of patient care medical devices. Knowledge of Joint Commission, CMMS, NJDOH, and etc. standards. Experience in a hospital environment or medical equipment manufacturer with experience working on patient care equipment."
We'll put under
- Tests and calibrates medical devices (preventive maintenance). ...
Preferred Qualifications
(or Qualifications). The instruction says use headings like Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Qualifications (maybe combine required and preferred). But we already have Requirements; we could use Qualifications for preferred. Or we could have Requirements (required) and Qualifications (preferred). Let's follow: Requirements for required, Qualifications for preferred. Then Licenses and Certifications Required: "Valid motor vehicle operator's license." We'll include under Requirements maybe as separate bullet. But we already have Requirements section; we can add that. Now Pay: "Minimum rate of $35.17 Hourly HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. The posted rate of pay in this job posting is a reasonable good faith estimate of the minimum base pay for this role at the time of posting in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act and does not reflect the full value of our market-competitive total rewards package. The starting rate of pay is provided for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of a specific offer. Posted hourly rates may be stated as an annual salary in the offer and posted annual salaries may be stated as an hourly rate in the offer, depending on the level and nature of the job duties and credentials of the candidate. The base compensation determined at the time of the offer may be different than the posted rate of pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to Labor Market Data Compensation is benchmarked against market data to ensure competitiveness. Experience Years of relevant work experience. Education and Certifications Level of education attained, including specialized certifications, credentials, completed apprenticeship programs or advanced training. Skills Demonstrated proficiency in relevant skills and competencies. Geographic Location Cost of living and market rates for the specific location. Internal Equity Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the organization. Budget and Grant Funding Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered. Some jobs may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, or commissions not reflected in the starting rate. Certain positions may also be eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts. In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) job positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits." We need to separate Pay and Benefits. The benefits sentence appears at end of that paragraph. We'll extract benefits: "In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) job positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits." Thus Pay section: everything before that sentence (starting from Minimum rate... up to shift differentials). Benefits section: that sentence. We must not include fluff like "Experience Years of relevant work experience." etc. Those are actually part of the pay transparency explanation; they are substantive? They describe factors influencing pay. Might be considered part of Pay section. We'll keep them as part of Pay paragraph. Now Benefits: as above. Schedule: Not present, so omit. Now ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We didn't. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:About the role
