Responsibilities
- Perform installation, calibration, and preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of complex medical and electronic hospital equipment.
Requirements
Education
- HS/GED required.
- Associates degree from an accredited college or university in Biomedical or Electronics Technology strongly preferred. Related work experience may substitute for a technical degree.
Experience
- Two years experience on biomedical equipment in a hospital environment preferred.
Additional Skills/Abilities
- Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
- Ability to use assorted power and hand tools.
- Knowledge of safety codes.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.
