Duties/Responsibilities

  • Cook up research with faculty research mentor
  • Perform laboratory and/or field research
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data
  • Write up results for publication or presentation

Requirements

  • Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience: BA or BS in relevant scientific field
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Facility with excel, statistical packages, PowerPoint, and photoshop
  • Knowledge of the scientific background of the grants

Compensation

Pay Range: $15.00 hourly

Additional Information

This is a grant funded position designed to help carry out the goals of funded grant research such as Fish and Wildlife Service and INBRE grants. Personnel would not be required to work during curtailment.

The position is supported by external sponsor funding. As such, continued employment in this role is contingent upon the availability of those external funds. If, for any reason, the sponsor funding is reduced or discontinued, employment may be subject to modification or termination in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
