The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the university's academic programs and ensuring their alignment with institutional goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement academic policies and procedures
• Oversee curriculum development and course offerings
• Collaborate with faculty to ensure high-quality teaching and learning experiences
• Manage accreditation processes and maintain compliance with relevant educational standards
• Assist in the recruitment and retention of qualified faculty members

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Education or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in higher education administration
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
