Job Summary Are you looking to advance your career with a global biopharmaceuticals leader? We are seeking a dedicated Technician IV, Manufacturing - Cell Culture to join our Science and Technology Biologics Development team in Worcester, MA. In this role, you will support bench-scale cell culture process development, bioreactor operations, and general laboratory maintenance to help drive a robust pipeline of innovative biologics. (Sunday - Thursday, First Shift) location: Waltham, Massachusetts job type: Contract salary: $28.00 - 32.22 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors Responsibilities Setup, calibrate, troubleshoot, maintain, and decontaminate bench-scale bioreactor systems (100+ 3 L capacity). Prepare, filter-sterilize, and aliquot cell culture stock solutions and media preps using aseptic technique. Perform routine sampling, feeding, and data logging for ongoing cell cultures, including weekend rotational support. Execute daily calibration and verification checks on lab equipment, including pH meters, cell counters, and biochemical analyzers. Manage lab inventory by ordering, receiving, and stocking raw materials, consumables, and maintaining clean glassware. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in an industrial biotech or pharmaceutical laboratory environment. Strong attention to detail, solid work ethic, and ability to thrive in a team-based setting. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and data entry systems.
