Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in microbiology, immunology, biochemistry, or a related field
- Minimum of four years of experience working in a wet lab
- Proficiency in basic laboratory skills: pipetting, aseptic technique, buffer preparation, gel electrophoresis, titrations, immunoassays
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, organization, and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving, data analysis, and decision-making skills
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in microbiology, biology, biochemistry, or a related field
- Experience in polyclonal antibody production, immunogen preparation, or protein characterization
- Experience in project management
- Proficiency in advanced laboratory techniques & dry lab skills
- BLS-2 Experience
