Duties And Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and validate biochemical and biophysical assays for hit identification, hit triage, and mechanism of action characterization.
- Perform biochemical assays using TR-FRET, fluorescence polarization (FP), AlphaLISA/AlphaScreen, luminescence, and ELISA formats.
- Run assays in 384- and 1536-well microplate formats.
- Execute enzyme activity assays, protein–protein interaction assays, and binding assays with guidance.
- Prepare assay reagents, protein dilutions, substrate stocks, and compound serial dilutions.
- Operate and maintain plate readers (e.g., EnVision, PHERAstar, Synergy) and associated software.
- Analyze, interpret, and present data to internal project teams to guide early-stage molecule discovery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including chemistry, structural biology, and computational groups to support target characterization and screening strategies.
- Follows the guidelines set forth in by clients and the Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services, Inc Quality Manual and Safety / Chemical Hygiene Plan.
- Adhere to the requirements of the BV-CPS Quality System.
- Accurately report and record test data in electronic notebook or handwritten notebooks as needed in a timely manner.
- Performs testing independently with little or not guidance from management.
- Identify, troubleshoot and solve escalated technical issues.
- Write or edit procedure as requested.
- Complies with clients and Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services, Inc management systems in accordance with appropriate regulatory agencies.
- Follows the guidelines set forth by clients and the Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services, Inc Quality Manual and Safety / Chemical Hygiene Plan.

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or closely related field.
- Minimum of 2 year(s) of related experience.
