Bindery Operator - All Shifts available

EP Graphics is seeking an Entry Level Bindery Operator to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven offset printing environment. The facility is climate-controlled with a positive work culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform bindery operations in a heat set web or offset printing environment
• Read and understand job specifications
• Make precise settings of controls on equipment
• Perform routine operational maintenance of equipment
• Work with minimal supervision and train/supervise a small crew
• Stand, walk, talk, hear, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods
• Regularly lift or move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.

Requirements

• Minimum two years' experience as an operator at a heat set web printing company or knowledge of offset printing procedures
• Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Willing to work overtime, various shifts, and Saturdays as needed
• Forklift experience (a plus, but not required)

Pay

Up to $17/hr, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed.
