Bindery Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate Saddle Stitch and Perfect Binder machines
• Ensure quality control during production
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment
• Participate in paid on-the-job training
• Work flexible hours including first and second shifts

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience operating SP-1000, Tempo, Primera MC, Primera Pro, ST-400, 300-A, Universal Binder

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Good communication skills

Pay

• Regular wage increases at performance milestones

Schedule

• First Shift: 6 am - 2 pm
• Second Shift: 2 pm - 10 pm (shift premium)
