About the role

As an Assistant Machine Operator, you will set up, adjust and operate a single piece of machinery, participate in training to prepare to promote into a Lead operator position, inspect equipment for safety issues, monitor quality, output and productivity, learn to utilize tools to measure and adjust machine to target levels, learn and engage in preventative maintenance tasks as required, assist the lead operator with providing guidance to crew members, and work in a team environment while cross-training with others.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 20–50 pounds
• Ability to stand for the duration of your shift

Qualifications

• Ability to do basic math
• Computer knowledge

Pay

Starting rate: $22.00 – $27.40 per hour with a 7% increase for second and third shift.

Schedule

Third shift, 6:00 pm – 6:00 am, 12-hour shifts, 2-2-3 rotation.
