Key Responsibilities
- Lift and collect waste materials (bio-medical specimens) from various locations within the facility.
- Ensure all waste is properly contained and labeled according to safety guidelines.
- Transport trash and recyclables to designated disposal areas or facilities.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of waste disposal.
- Assist with general cleaning as needed.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and dexterity.
- Must be able to lift at least 60 pounds.
- Able to detect safety hazards and communicate with appropriate staff.
- Reliable transportation.
- Able to follow schedules and keep commitments.
- Able to follow directions from a supervisor.
- Demonstrate professionalism.
