BIM Team Manager - USA (Hybrid - Anywhere in the USA)

About the role

Lead a team of professionals in the design and implementation of sustainable infrastructure projects. Manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans that align with client goals and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the technical aspects of projects, including engineering, construction, and maintenance phases.
• Manage project teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and provide timely updates to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability standards throughout project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure management.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Experience with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Knowledge of sustainable building materials and technologies.

$100,000 - $120,000 annually.
