BIM Specialist III
What You Will Do
Lead the strategic implementation of BIM across large, complex projects and multiple teams, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Develop, implement, and maintain BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows aligned with project and organizational goals.
Provide expert guidance on BIM tools and technologies to support design, coordination, and construction processes.
Manage multidisciplinary BIM coordination, ensuring seamless integration across all project stakeholders.
Oversee clash detection, issue resolution, and model optimization to meet project objectives and client expectations.
Serve as the BIM subject matter expert, offering technical leadership and mentoring junior and mid-level staff.
Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to develop and enhance BIM strategies and initiatives.
Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related matters, ensuring effective implementation across projects.
Research, evaluate, and adopt emerging BIM technologies, trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of BIM experience with strong focus on leadership and advanced workflows
- Proven success coordinating large, complex projects and multidisciplinary teams
- Expert in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and BIM standards/protocols
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience developing BIM staff
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities
- Thrives under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Up-to-date knowledge of BIM technologies and trends
