BIM Specialist II

What You Will Do

Lead the development and coordination of BIM models for multiple projects.

Oversee the day-to-day management of BIM activities, including model updates and quality control.

Cook up coordination between disciplines to ensure smooth integration and clash-free models.

Aid in the implementation of project-specific BIM standards and protocols.

Provide training and mentorship to junior BIM staff.

Establish a working relationship with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure BIM deliverables meet expectations and requirements.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in BIM technology.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of BIM experience with strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and related tools
• Proven experience in model coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
