AG&E Associates is expanding, and we are seeking a driven BIM Specialist II to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation of BIM processes on complex projects, drive coordination and model integration, and mentor junior team members while growing within a leading engineering firm.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and coordination of BIM models for multiple projects.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of BIM activities, including model updates and quality control.
- Coordinate between disciplines to ensure smooth integration and clash-free models.
- Assist in the implementation of project-specific BIM standards and protocols.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior BIM staff.
- Establish a working relationship with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure BIM deliverables meet expectations and requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in BIM technology.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of BIM experience with strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and related tools
- Proven experience in model coordination
- Ability to mentor and support junior team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
