About the role

Join our team for a unique opportunity working directly with one of the world's largest technology companies. As a BIM Specialist, you will collaborate with our BIM team to maintain accurate Revit and CAD files, being the site-level contact for BIM content review, approval, management, and maintenance. Your responsibilities include playing a crucial part in coordinating the delivery and maintaining CAD/BIM content for data center projects, utilizing professional tools and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role will require the ability to multitask and work well with our team and a variety of people.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the BIM team to maintain accurate Revit and CAD files
  • Act as the site-level contact for BIM content review, approval, management, and maintenance
  • Coordinate with stakeholders during various project milestones
  • Support the CAD/BIM team in providing various forms of assistance based on current demand
  • Lead closeout efforts
  • Coordinate with stakeholders
  • Perform model health checks
  • Incorporate retrofit projects into existing models
  • Perform general model maintenance/drafting

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant software tools
  • Proven experience in BIM management and drafting
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work well within a team
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work and continuous improvement
