BIM Modeler - Industrial Construction

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Create and update BIM models based on design documents.
• Ensure models adhere to project standards and naming conventions.
• Maintain organized and accurate models throughout all project phases.
• Support model coordination across multiple disciplines.
• Facilitate clash detection to identify potential design conflicts.
• Collaborate with Coordinators and Leads regarding routing conflicts or missing data.
• Execute revisions promptly based on markups, RFIs, and design changes.
• Support QA/QC efforts by reviewing assigned views and correcting inconsistencies.

Requirements

• 2+ years in BIM modeling or related field.
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Drafting, Design, Construction, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in detailed annotation and drawing production.
• Revit production experience.
• Industrial, MEP, electrical, or VDC exposure.
• Strong work ethic and coachability.
• Ability to support production with limited ramp-up time.
• Interest in long-term growth within BIM and coordination.

Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay

$40.00-$45.00/hr. depending on experience
