BIM Modeler

Job Description We are seeking a BIM Modeler to support BIM modeling, coordination, and model setup efforts for electrical and ICT (Information & Communications Technology) systems on large-scale projects, with an initial focus on data centers. This is a production-focused support role best suited for someone with strong Revit experience who enjoys developing and maintaining BIM models rather than performing engineering design. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, BIM coordinators, and other trade partners to develop and maintain high-quality BIM models, support coordination efforts, and ensure project standards are followed. The primary focus will be on electrical BIM modeling, while also supporting ICT systems and layouts as needed. Candidates with backgrounds in electrical BIM modeling, electrical design support, or ICT/telecommunications drafting and modeling are encouraged to apply. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
