BIM Model Manager Senior - Digital Delivery Lead

About the Role

You will lead the digital delivery team, managing digital models and ensuring high-quality project outcomes. Your role involves providing direction to coordinators and specialists, supporting the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closeout, and facilitating coordination meetings. You will also mentor team members, deliver project-specific training, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital models and deliverables at the project level.
• Develop and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP).
• Establish and oversee server infrastructure.
• Support project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Host coordination meetings and monitor model health to ensure adherence to standards.
• Maintain project documentation, standards, and model health.
• Provide training, guidance, and technical support to team members.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure successful digital delivery.
• Optimize processes and maintain document management systems to support multi-discipline projects.

Requirements

• Technical degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in digital design and delivery.
• Expertise in 3D design software, model management, and coordination tools.
• Strong understanding of building systems, industry standards, and discipline codes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools.
